After completing her Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Clinical Chiropractic at RMIT University Melbourne, Dr. Tonilee Has gone on to complete her Postgraduate degree in Sports Chiropractic (ICSSP)

With the rest of her family, Dr Tonilee was fortunate to receive regular chiropractic care from a young age. Experiencing firsthand the impact on her development, performance, health and wellbeing, she’s passionate about providing the highest quality of care to the entire family: ranging from pregnancy and babies to grandparents.

Tonilee was an active teen - she enjoyed all sports, especially athletics and equestrian. This sparked her interest in sports chiropractic and exercise rehab, motivating her to complete her two-year post-graduate studies in Sports Chiropractic Science (ICSSP) after university.

Tonilee enjoys using a diverse range of techniques ranging from gentle care for kids to the stronger techniques used with athletes. She incorporates a holistic approach: looking at the physical, chemical (nutritional) and emotional well-being of each of her patients. This keeps every day interesting and maintains her motivation to have strong referral networks with other health practitioners.

Outside work and study, you will find Tonilee playing with her Golden Retriever Murphy, keeping fit or travelling. Growing up in far east country Victoria influenced Tonilee’s love for travel and activities. An ideal day for Tonilee (other than helping others achieve their health goals) is being outside at the snow or on the water with friends and family.

Zoe completed her Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) at RMIT University in Melbourne graduating with Distinctions. Zoe’s passion for chiropractic has developed as she has first-hand experienced the benefits and has also witnessed the profound effect this drug free alternative treatment can have on health.

Her philosophy is simple, chiropractic care is for all ages from new born to the elderly in order to help the body achieve its full potential. She has special interest in functional neuro-rehab, a growing field which assesses the brain-body communication networks, identifies breakdowns and then prescribes exercises to improve brain performance. She continues to embark on further study in this area to improve and refine her diagnostic skills.

Zoe uses a wide range of techniques including manual adjustments/manipulation, low force techniques such as blocks and activator, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, mobilisation, and taping to name a few. Some of the most common conditions that Zoe can assist with include back pain, neck pain, headaches, dizziness, joint pain, musculoskeletal injuries, and injury rehabilitation.

Outside of practice Zoe enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, attending salsa classes, bouldering and escaping to the outdoors.

After completing high school, I was motivated to pursue a physically engaging career focused on helping others. I undertook three years of study at Victoria University, where I graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy.

I have been actively involved in competitive basketball since the age of eight, progressing through domestic, junior representative, and senior levels, including Big V and Country Basketball League. During this time, I served as team captain across multiple seasons and coached junior players in domestic competitions.

In 2023, I branched into Australian rules football, joining Caroline Springs Football Club in the Western Football Netball League. In my third season, the team achieved an undefeated premiership.

With eight years of experience in the massage industry, I’m looking to build on my fitness knowledge this year, including studying reformer Pilates.
